WOMEC is quarterly publishing a magazine “The Female Parliamentarian”.
The magazine, through interviews and stories about the various female parliamentarians, will report about their background, their opinions, the conditions of being a woman in the parliament, their beliefs, their parliament projects, their actions for women in the parliament.

It is meant to increase the visibility of the women elected as MPs in the Ghanaian parliament, as well as serve as a platform for them to exchange ideas and network.

We hope to develop this magazine into a general published magazine about Ghanaian women in leadership. Inside the magazine, we would give the opportunity to grassroot women to express their issues, their difficulties, submit requests and questions to the parliamentarians, exchange opinions…

The magazine is to be distributed to a large public: women’s NGOs in Ghana, all medias of Ghana, all MPs, all community associations, accessible on website, facebook and blog for debate…
