Akua Sena Dansua heads Sports Ministry
The Minister of Women and Children’s Affairs, Ms. Akua Sena Dansua, has been appointed the Minister responsible for Youth and Sports. This is the first time under the fourth republican constitution, that a woman has been appointed to head the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
In President Mills' first reshuffle, the current Minister of Information, Zita Okaikoi, is heading for the Tourism Ministry.

She replaces current Tourism Minister and MP for Ho East., Juliana Azumah Mensah. Hon Azumah Mensah is moving to the Women

and Children's Ministry while Hon. Alban Bagbin has been appointed the new Minister of Works and Housing to replace Hon.

Albert Abongo.

Hon E.T Mensah is now the Minister of Social Welfare while James Agyenim Boateng has been appointed Deputy Spokesperson at

the Presidency.

Others are John Tia Minister of Information, Martin Amidu a- Interior Minister, Mahama Ayariga -Deputy Trade Minister.

The rest are Inusah Fuseini-Deputy Energy Minister, Hon. Cletus Avorka - Majority leader in parliament and Hon. Rashid Pelpuo

-Dep. Majority leader. In President Mills' new Ministerial structure the duties of the Presidential Spokesperson have been

added to that of the Minister of Information who will now speak for the Presidency.
